Elizabeth Dumbaugh

Elizabeth is a consultant and court-qualified expert in premises security and security management. She has an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida State University and holds an ASIS International board certification in security management. The CPP (Certified Protection Professional) designation is globally recognized as the premier designation for security professionals. Elizabeth also holds a Security and Private Investigation Agency Manager's license in the State of Florida.

Elizabeth’s experience in physical security is rooted in her time as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer (EOD) in the US Army where she commanded troops in Afghanistan. In Iraq she served in an advisory capacity, partnering with US Department of State and British Consulate personnel to develop training in forensic methodology for police bomb squads and officials within the Iraqi justice system to support US Rule of Law efforts across southern Iraq. Elizabeth is a Major in the US Army Reserve. Through her service as a leader she has gained experience in ancillary fields including loss investigations, workplace violence risk assessments, sexual harassment prevention, and government contracting.

She consults regarding security and safety aspects of property management of commercial properties and conducts security audits for various types of commercial premises, including but not limited to: multi-family housing, resorts, hotels, retail and office space, nightclubs, and convenience stores.

Her experience overseas conducting forensic evaluations and security assessments coupled with her domestic experience in Homeland defense makes her a formidable security and threat assessor.
